WHAT IS POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE?

Shirzad Charmine was the CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world and after coaching hundreds of executives, he created a program based on research with over 500,000 participants from 50 countries that’s outlined in his NY TIMES bestseller Positive Intelligence. Shirzad examines the root factors of personal and professional development and leverages tools from neuroplasticity, positive psychology & performance science to strengthen neural pathways that lead to your peak performance and to your happiness. His research highlights that the most influential factor in order to increase your ability to lead others and decrease your stress is your mental fitness. Your response will either usher in empathy, gratitude, creativity, confidence and calm clear-headed action for you and your team (your Sage muscles) or increase your stress, disappointment, shame and self-doubt (emotions of your Saboteur). By increasing the neural pathways to the Sage part of your brain, you boost your mental fitness and your effectiveness as a leader and increase your happiness.

WHAT IS MENTAL FITNESS?

Mental fitness is the strength of your positive mental muscles to be able to respond to challenges. This is measured by your Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) which measures the percentage of time that your mind serves you as opposed to sabotages you. Research by Positive Intelligence found that it is the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform.

Factor analysis research discovered there are three mental muscles that boost your PQ; Saboteur Interceptor muscle, Sage muscle and your Self-Command Muscle. You probably recognize your inner-Saboteurs like the Stickler perfectionist, the Victim, the Hyper-Achiever, the Pleaser, the Avoider and so on. What you don’t know if how to recognize the covert ways they sneak in and sabotage your goals. Through strengthening your Sage and Self-Command muscles you intercept theses saboteurs before they hook you. Through a groundbreaking program, delivered in a simple app you can easily boost your positive intelligence in a 6-week program that guides you through videos and brief 2-minute exercises.

WHAT MAKES THE POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE (PQ) PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

The Positive Intelligence program strengthens neural pathways to the “Sage” part of your brain therefore addressing the root cause for optimal performance. For sustained results we focus on building these neural pathways through a six week intensive training program, coupled with group accountability and 1:1 coaching.

HOW DOES THE PQ PROGRAM WORK?

Designed like a mental fitness boot camp, the PQ program gives you personalized insights, motivations and structures to practice 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks. The program includes

  • 15 minutes a day of app-guided practice

  • Weekly hour-long videos that will leave you inspired to dive into the week’s focus

  • Community support through weekly facilitated group calls by me!

IS THE PQ PROGRAM MEANT TO BE SELF GUIDED?

No! Research shows accountability is a critical success factor for establishing lasting positive mental habits. There will be weekly accountability meetings to do a deeper dive into the material, share what you’re learning and receive support. At the end of the six-weeks we schedule a 1:1 coaching call with me to support you to apply what you have learned to both your professional and personal lives. Group size is kept small (no more than four) so you receive individualized support throughout this program.

A single registrant for PQ Program from Positive Intelligence costs $995 and does not include live facilitated group support. This price coupled with my rate for coaching and facilitation, means you’re receiving a value $2,600 for $1,200.
