WHAT IS MENTAL FITNESS?

Mental fitness is your brain's ability to respond to challenges positively. Research shows that your mental fitness is the best predictor of both your happiness and performance. In this program, you'll exercise three key mental muscles through a simple, app-based practice, all supported by videos and brief, effective exercises.

WHAT MAKES THE POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE PROGRAM DIFFERENT?


Insight alone doesn’t lead to change—habits do. The Positive Intelligence program builds lasting habits by strengthening the "Sage" part of your brain, leading to sustained optimal performance. Over six weeks, you’ll participate in intensive training, group accountability, and 1:1 coaching to ensure these changes stick.

HOW DOES THE PQ PROGRAM WORK?

Think of it as a mental fitness boot camp:

  • Daily: 15 minutes of app-guided practice.

  • Weekly: Inspiring hour-long videos to set the week’s focus.

  • Community: Weekly group calls facilitated by me for support and accountability.

IS THE PQ PROGRAM MEANT TO BE SELF GUIDED?

No! Accountability is crucial for success. You’ll have weekly meetings for deeper dives into the material, plus a 1:1 coaching session at the end to help you apply what you’ve learned to your personal and professional life. Group sizes are small (no more than four) to ensure personalized support.
