What's with the name WILD?

WILD living means you stop trying to squeeze yourself into a box of who you “should” be and create more room for your deeper self to guide you. WILD is also an acronym for the journey ahead where you will Welcome your wisdom, Intercept Your Saboteurs, Land your plan of action and Dig Deep when challenges arise.

The part of you that is not concerned about staying in the lines holds great tools to guide you and this deep wisdom is activated with the Sage region of the brain. Research shows that often your brain wants to keep you in the fear-based survival mode and that it takes some training to rewire the brain for WILD unapologetic living. That’s where the groundbreaking research of Shirzad Charmine and Positive Intelligence comes in.

What is Positive Intelligence?

Shirzad Charmine was the CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world and after coaching hundreds of executives, he created a program based on research with over 500,000 participants from 50 countries that’s outlined in his NY TIMES bestseller Positive Intelligence. Shirzad examines the root factors of personal and professional development and leverages tools from neuroplasticity, positive psychology & performance science to strengthen neural pathways that lead to your happiness and peak performance. Research shows the most influential factor to increase your happiness, performance and well-being is your mental fitness. Your response to challenges will either usher in empathy, gratitude, creativity, confidence and calm clear-headed action (your Sage muscles) or increase your stress, disappointment, shame and self-doubt (emotions of your Saboteur). By increasing the neural pathways to the Sage part of your brain, you boost your mental fitness to boost your effectiveness as a leader and increase your happiness.

What is Mental Fitness?

Mental fitness is the strength of your positive mental muscles to be able to respond to challenges. Root cause analysis shows there are only three major mental muscles to build your positive intelligence and 10 ways we sabotage ourselves. You probably recognize your inner-Saboteurs like the Stickler perfectionist, the Victim, the Hyper-Achiever, the Pleaser, the Avoider and so on. What you might not know if how to recognize and convert the ways they sneak in and sabotage your goals. Through strengthening your mental muscles, you intercept theses saboteurs before they hook you. Through a groundbreaking program, delivered in a simple app you can easily boost your positive intelligence through six weeks of training that guides you through videos and brief 2-minute exercises.  

How does the Wild coaching program work?

The first six weeks is designed like a mental fitness boot camp where the Positive Intelligence program gives you personalized insights, motivations and structures to practice 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks. The program includes 

  • 15 minutes a day of app-guided practice 

  • Weekly hour-long videos that will leave you inspired to dive into the week’s focus  

  • Community support through weekly facilitated group calls by me! 

During the second half of the program group coaching sessions will focused on landing a plan of action and supporting you to navigate challenges with ease and flow. Group coaching supports you to access power, joy and a community of phenomenal women so you experience breakthroughs in designing a life you love unapologetically . The second half of the program includes:

  • Six 75 minute group coaching sessions

  • Coach support with 15 minute spot coaching sessions when requested. 

What are the results?

Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training, you’d be able to see the results in MRI imaging:

What’s the investment?

The cost for this program is $2,500 and includes the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program with weekly facilitated group sessions followed by seven group-coaching sessions. This can be broken down into registration cost ($625) plus three monthly payments of $625. 

A note on value you’re receiving… 

A single registrant for the 6-week Mental Fitness Program from Positive Intelligence costs $995. This price coupled with my rate for coaching and facilitation, means you’re receiving a value $4,100 for $2,500!

When does this start?

This program will kick off on Monday, December 5th at 4pm PST with a live Welcome Call. The program will continue on Mondays from 4-5pm pm PST through March 13th.
